The Interns...my companions. Im so blessed to kno each of you! I've noticed that we're very diifferent. different personalities, styles, backgrounds, goals, interests. yet WE ALL share the desire to become closer to God. I see that in all of us. And to be honest, I dont have too many friends like yall...who have that same passion and level of understanding as me... some, even more. now dont get me wrong. I'm not the type to judge character on the basis of love for God. cuz God loves us even if we dont love Him bak....But its been nice havin friends around who understand where im comin from. who have a certain knowlege of scripture, the mysteries of God, who can share knowlegde and wisdom with me. and who are receptible to wisdom I share...yall were a big part in helping me grow,and  in waterin my "seed".(daddy batts)lol...and to think. i was sooo close to not even doin the internship! That woulda been a huge blessin i'd be missin out on.

 So it's come down to the last week of my internship with CHAT. And more and more I find myself being asked, "so how has it been?"....and im stuck with tryin to think of a word or phrase to describe my experience...so i settle with, " It's been great!"..or.." I've really enjoyed it". But thats not enough. My summer has been more than great. more than amazing. there arent adjectives to describe how i feel about my summer here with CHAT....like, the only word that comes to mind when i think of my summer, and CHAT, and the community, is....God.

 never imagined how fulling this summer would end up being.

Im jus writing what ever comes off the top of my head so please excuse the lack of structure

lol, just found a toe nail clipping layin under my leg...i'm very happy right now. Why you may ask?...cuz I kno im where God wants me to be. As funny as it may sound, the CHAT kids help renew my spirit. They are a refreshing part of my day. I admire them.  kids in this neighborhood are sweet.funny.im thinkin of Kentrell.lol... full of love. inqusitve. talented. curious georges. energetic. sum are chill. some are shy. get angry at times. stressed. innocent. respectful. disrespectful. needy. helpful. giving. strong. these kids are all soldiers. and they are the greatest in God's Kingdom

My experience at CHAT so far has been awsome! I mean everything hasnt been picture perfect. Sometimes kids dont wanna act right, or you might be hit w/ some unexpected task and sometimes, I'm jus really tired. But the same goes for Christian living. Everything isnt perfect all the time. Working for God means ur gon have to go through some stuff. Thats how we grow in the Lord. So I'd be smart in saying I'm looking forward to more tough times.lol
