December is another great opportunity to support CHAT financially as Third Presbyterian Church has offered us a $5,000 matching gift to support our need for a new 14 passenger bus. Please indicate “matching bus funds” in the memo line of your next donation if you are interested in giving toward this need. As always, we appreciate your continued support.
Matching Gift Challenge!
Dear friends, family, and supporters of CHAT,
I am overwhelmed by the efforts of all those who support CHAT! Fifty volunteers per week whose service hours in the past two months have surpassed 1,000 are helping CHAT reach out to the community. Through the generosity of service teams, CHAT has been blessed to receive a storage shed, landscaping, and decorative walls with colorful pictures of our youth. Other partnerships this fall have provided unique opportunities for our youth to receive professional music and athletic lessons. It is through these significant contributions of time and resources that CHAT continues to grow and positively impact our community.
Nehemiah's Workshop
Do you have good construction, building, or tool skills? Do you have a project or craft idea that you would like to lead? If so, then please consider helping our CHAT kids by volunteering on Wednesday night's from 6:30-8:00 at Nehemiah's Workshop. Tom Widmer started this ministry and it is providing necessary life skills for the Church Hill youth and community. To find out more information on Nehemiah's Workshop, please click on this link.
